TAKING CARE OF CUSTOMERS
Palmetto Family Pharmacy is a locally-owned pharmacy in Rock Hill. Right across from Winthrop University and just a few miles south of I-77, we’re located in the hub of offices, practices, and hospices in the Rock Hill medical community.
Our goal is to provide our neighbors with great customer service with a pleasing pharmacy experience they will rarely find at corporately owned pharmacies. Taking 3+ hours to fill a prescription is a marketing strategy based on the idea that you’ll shop around and impulse buy while waiting. We think it should take around 10 to 15 minutes to accurately fill, complete, and dispense a prescription for a waiting customer.
At Palmetto Family Pharmacy, we believe in treating our clients with respect, courtesy, and promptness, keeping them aware of the ever-changing medical field when it pertains to their medications and how it could affect them or their families. Sometimes, though, our customers just need a friend to talk to and we’re here for that as well. We always like to encourage, pray for, and laugh with our patients.
